Remember that prices convey something to us not just about how good we may be at making something but also about how relatively good or bad we are compared to others and other persons alternative uses of their time. Thus specializing and trading in what we are RELATIVELY (or comparatively) better at makes everyone better off. We'll see this in action next time.
